B001 2021 Chiang Rai Nawa White Tea

Small micro-production from 2021 with subsequent three-year aging. The leaves come from a small organic forest of tall trees, at an altitude of 1100m, kept naturally. The leaves are hand-picked and processed using a specific method that significantly enhances the richness and aromatic complexity, particularly the fruity and spicy notes, and it gives the leaves excellent aging potential. It is an excellent white tea, particularly intense and complex, which has already evolved magnificently in one year and will continue to do so over time.

Tasting:

Notes: A white tea with great persistence and remarkable aromatic intensity. The slight initial oxidation, followed by 3 years of maturation, enhances the bright aromas of yellow fruit and wild peach, and a spicy, slightly woody finish, with delicious notes of cinnamon.

We recommend preparing it with a gaiwan, shiboridashi, small teapot or similar: Add approximately 3 to 5g of tea into 100 to 150ml of hot water at 100 °C

Storage:

If stored, this tea will continue its aging process; you can taste it occasionally to observe its evolution.
