Collection: White Tea

White tea is the least processed variety of tea, and it's made from the youngest buds and tender leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Unlike other teas, it is not artificially rolled or oxidized; it is simply withered and dried in the sun or in controlled environments.
It gets its name from the fine, silvery-white hairs that cover the unopened buds, giving the dried plant a whitish appearance, although the resulting infusion is usually of a pale yellow color.
