Introduction to Tea workshop. March 2026
In these sessions, groups of six people become familiar with tea, try various types, and talk about them, sharing experiences and questions which might arise around the world of tea and its preparation.
Starting from scratch and informally, we took a journey where we tasted a green tea, two Oolongs, from less to more oxidized, a black tea (Hong Cha), and a Puerh.
These sessions, which will continue taking place over the coming months, allow us to approach some of the potentials of the tea plant, as well as to learn about the forms and tools available to prepare it, and in this way we can share knowledge and clear doubts which may arise when choosing which tea to drink and how to prepare it.
