Description:

Four immersive and experimental sessions for a small group of people. In the first two we will dig into the world of tea, and the last two will explore a hypothesis we are working on: is it possible to apply the same processes to local plants?
The intention behind these gatherings is to understand tea culture, demystify its preparation and share tools, explore possibilities, understand the characteristics of the different types of tea, and the potential that the ancient tea culture can bring to the world of edible plants found in the region.
We organize these collective sessions because, for us, it is the richest and most pleasant way to share affinities, knowledge, and learn from each other.

And above all, we really enjoy sharing tea and having conversations with other people.

 

 

 

Session 1: Introduction to tea: we will delve into tea, experiencing it, and taking a tour through various types of tea to understand the differences between each variety and how each one is processed.
Session 2: Traditional tea processing methods.

Sessions 3 and 4: the remaining sessions will serve as a starting point to collectively experiment with some of these techniques using local plants.

We would love for you to come all four days; if that's not possible, come when you can.
